The Center "Interbilim" is one of the first and sustainable non-governmental organizations of Kyrgyzstan that masters the most modern methods of advocacy and lobbying during several years.

The most part of Kyrgyzstan’s population especially in the remote regions does not know its own rights and has no wide access to information, and therefore it is deprived of opportunity of active participation in making decisions and doing its civic duty. If NGOs were mainly engaged in problems of the social sphere then at present they try to look into the root of the given problems and to remove their causes, but not effects that is the most important action and the following promoted step of development of civil sector. At present NGOs of Kyrgyzstan are interested in the processes of democratization and globalization, human rights, behavior and actions of the government, corruption, reporting and transparency of the state structures, improvement of legislation and others.

Conduction of advocacy and lobbying campaigns and consultative - methodological assistance to NGOs is one of the main trends of the activity of the Center “Interbilim”. Nowadays partners, as well as local and international organizations perceive our Center not only as the resource organization providing consultations and trainings but it is recognized as the expert in the sphere of advocacy and lobbying.
