Our plans

Being one of the organizations supporting institutes of civil society the Center “Interbilim” sees itself as the organization providing civil society not only with consultative-educational, informational and technical services but also with the overall assistance in:

strengthening NGOs in educating its own target groups to win respect and recognition of their activity at all levels of authority;

assistance to the growth of self-conscience of its own communities for joint promotion of interests;

skills to react to unjust decisions of authorities and to require transparency and accountability of authorities at all levels;

participation in the process of making decisions and influence on those who make policy;

skill to establish long-term and short-term networks, coalitions and unions for the joint actions;

skill to build healthy relations with significant environment: the state structures, business community, other NGOs;

ability to popularize its own activity and results of its own labor.

The activity of the Center “Interbilim” will be concentrated at the following spheres during the period of 2007 till 2010:

• Lobbying and long-term strategies;
• advocacy (quick reacting) and protection of civic rights;
• development of leadership;
• strengthening NGOs working with the vulnerable groups of population;
• development of interregional activity.
