Civil active workers of Kyrgyzstan have appreciated memory to victims of Stalin repressions

On November, 7 in Chon-Tash a meeting-requiem to memory of victims of Stalin repressions took place, kyrgyz NGO, as the Center on protection of human rights "Kylim Shami", "Interbilim" center, Coalition of NGO "For democracy and a civil society", youth movement "Kel-Kel" were the initiators of action.
