"Interbilim" International Center carries out public hearings with the purpose of assistance to carrying out of a transparent and fair Referendum in the Kyrgyz Republic through the increasing of knowledge of the population about projects of the constitution and the Election Code

"Interbilim" International Center within the framework of the project "Democracy and Youth", funded by the European Commission, from October, 8 till October, 18, 2007 carries out public hearings for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic with the purpose of assistance to carrying out of a transparent and fair Referendum in the Kyrgyz Republic through the increasing of knowledge of the population about projects of the Constitution and the Election Code .

Through public hearings employees of "Interbilim" Center and the involved experts: lawyers, political scientists, leaders of a civil society, will inform the regional public of the country on projects of the Constitution and the Election Code , put for the Referendum on October, 12, 2007. Thus it will give basic knowledge and will generate at participants’ motivation and skills to get realized understanding of projects of the Constitution and the Election Code s put for the Referendum.

Public hearings will pass in Naryn, Chui and Osh areas, and also in Bishkek and Osh cities.
