"Interbilim" Center forms a team of independent observers for monitoring process of voting in day of the Referendum on October, 21 this year

People who are interested to join our team send us the resume and confirmation on participation in monitoring by e-mail.

Experience of supervision over elections - is welcomed.

Those, who wishes to receive training on bases of independent supervision, should hurry: the term of granting of the application for participation in training comes to the end at 17:00 on October, 11, 2007.
